Private and semi-private lessons
Special events and clinics
Birthday party bookings and other hosted celebrations
3. Registration and Payments

b. Fees & Schedules:
Fees, schedules, and tuition details will be provided during registration or on the applicable program page.
c. Trial Offers:
Some programs may offer introductory or trial rates (e.g., 3-week trial).
d. Secure Payments:
All payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees due based on your selected program and acknowledge that fees may be non-refundable according to the policies disclosed at registration.

5. Code of Conduct
a. Participants must comply with posted age and skill level requirements for each class or program.
b. You agree to follow all facility rules and instructions from coaches and staff.
c. Jump Joy Athletics reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for conduct that jeopardizes safety, disrupts programming, or violates facility policies.
d. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that participants are fit to engage in physical activities and disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jump Joy Athletics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in programs.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jump Joy Athletics, its owners, directors, employees, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
